Customers in the USA and Canada
- Obtain an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization): RGA Request or call 866-916-0541 to talk to customer support. Please have an instrument serial number ready.
- Customer support will create the RGA.
- Double-box the instrument and place the RGA inside. Also write the RGA number on the box in large letters. If you are returning an inclinometer probe for servicing, we would prefer that you send us the entire system: probe, cable, and readout.
- Write the RGA number on the box in large letters and send to:

- If there is no distributor in your country, please obtain an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization): RGA Request . You can also send us an email about the problem. Do not send anything until you have received the RGA from us.
