Repair and Calibration

Customers in the USA and Canada

1. Please call 866-916-0541 to talk to customer support.
2. Customer support will create a repair order and issue you an RGA. Please have an instrument serial number ready. If you wish, you can talk to a repair technician.
3. Double-box the instrument. If you are returning an inclinometer probe for servicing, we would prefer that you send us the entire system: probe, cable, and readout.
4. Write the RGA number on the box in large letters and send to:
